The main goal of this workshop is to bring together experienced researchers and students working in the fields of III-Nitride semiconductor materials and devices, along with industry representatives, and provide a forum for fruitful scientific interaction and education.
The workshop will provide a unique opportunity for scientists and engineers in Europe to keep pace with the rapidly growing field of semiconductors research, which will continue to revolutionize high-technology products affecting many aspects of our lives.
We invite the submission of abstracts for presentation in the following areas:
- Substrates and epitaxial growth
- Emerging III-nitride materials (e.g. InN, InAlN)
- Interfacial structures and crystalline defects
- Electronic and optical properties
- Surface physics and chemistry
- Nanotechnology and physics of nanostructures
- Chemical and biochemical sensors
- Other sensors
- Sensor microsystems
- Optoelectronic devices
- Electronic devices and MEMS
